What we collect

When you request a consultation, we collect what you enter: your name, work email, organization, optional phone number, and your answers about your AI use, budget range, needs, carbon preference and timeline.

When you visit the site, analytics and advertising tools may collect device and usage information, such as pages viewed, links clicked, approximate location and the ad or search that brought you here.

How we use it

• To reply to your request and prepare a consultation.
• To understand which pages and topics are useful, and improve the site.
• To measure whether our advertising works, including counting completed consultation requests.

We do not sell your personal information.

Services we use

• Formspree receives and delivers consultation requests to us.
• Google Analytics and Google Ads measure visits and ad results.
• Microsoft Advertising measures results of ads on Bing.
• ChatGPT Ads (OpenAI) may measure results of ads shown in ChatGPT.
• Amazon Web Services hosts the site.

These providers process data under their own privacy policies. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are not tracked with analytics or advertising cookies by default.

Your choices

• Opt out of Google Analytics with the browser add-on.
• Manage Google ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.
• Manage Microsoft ad personalization at account.microsoft.com.
• Ask us to see, correct or delete the information you sent us by emailing hello@tokenoutbound.com.

How long we keep it

We keep consultation requests as long as needed to respond and maintain a business relationship, then delete them on request or when no longer needed.
